Gerald Sanguino’s education, experience and passion for his work make him an expert investigator and trusted leader at Bearden Investigative Agency.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Mr. Sanguino has a Master of Science in Criminology and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. He speaks English, Spanish and French.

Mr. Sanguino has extensive experience working on complex criminal, civil and family law cases. His criminal investigative work has included capital murder, aggravated assault, kidnapping and domestic violence cases. His civil cases have included multimillion-dollar lawsuits and high-profile family law cases.

His mastery of multiple languages and wide-ranging travel experience enable him to skillfully handle international clients and cases. He is passionate and perceptive, possessing “a great gut” for investigative work.

Mr. Sanguino is an active member of the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators, a Texas notary public and a private process server. He completed an internship with the Dallas Police Department, where he learned about law enforcement policies and procedures, provided Spanish-English translation, and assisted in conducting arrests.
