Francis “Blake” Migues joined Bearden Investigative Agency in 2022. Majoring in Psychology and Spanish and earning a Masters in Psychology from Pepperdine University, Mr. Migues is well versed in the study of human behavior and motivation. His expertise and experience in that field gives him a distinct advantage as a licensed investigator. Mr. Migues has a keen ability to read individuals and situations with a thorough eye and attention to detail, making his data collection as an investigator superior. Additionally, his experience in psychology and communicating one on one with individuals, follows BIA’s model of ethical interviewing which results in data that is admissible in court. 

Having spent a number of years working in Spain, as well as home in the U.S. as a Lecturer of English as a Foreign Language, Francis is fluent in English and Spanish. As an international investigative agency, we value the ability to effectively communicate with our clients in a variety of languages. We are excited to welcome Francis Migues to the team!

  • Earned an Educational Certification from Tulane University teaching English as a second or foreign language
  • Graduated from Teach Mississippi Institute with an Alternate Route Teacher Certification for ESL, English, and Spanish
  • Graduated from University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Major in Spanish
  • Attended the University of Deusto in Bilbao, Spain for a semester of study abroad: concentration in Psychology and Spanish
