Mr. Ibarra is an extremely valued and skilled investigator that excels in his fieldwork and surveillance operations. With meticulous attention to detail and analysis, Mr. Ibarra is a proven leader in his field delivering the facts necessary to meet our client’s objectives. He has had many successes over the years and plays an integral role with Bearden Investigative Agency serving as surveillance coordinator. As surveillance coordinator, he coordinates all of our surveillance activity, scheduling, reports, evidence, case management, training and development. He also recently earned his Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) designation through the International Association of Interviewers. The CFI credential is a respected, internationally recognized standard of excellence in the field of investigative interviewing that represents advanced knowledge in legal issues, ethical standards, interview techniques, and strategies to obtain truthful and reliable information.
