Matthew Thibodeaux joined the team at Bearden Investigative Agency in 2020. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge in intelligence research and collection. He served as a Human Intelligence Collector for the U.S. Army reserve for 9 years and Interrogator for the U.S. Army Special Operations Joint Task Force in Afghanistan. During this time, Mr. Thibodeaux gained extensive experience and training at the INSCOM Detention Training Facility where he focused on advanced interrogation techniques and military source operations. Additionally, he conducted many high level operations where he researched, screened, collected, and evaluated data and intelligence materials in accordance with the Patriot Act, his unit standard operating procedures, and applicable regulations. He worked alongside the Defense Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Drug Enforcement Agency, and other government agencies while using classified information systems daily.
After completing his service through the U.S. Army, Matthew Thibodeaux worked as an Armed Counterintelligence Support Specialist for CACI. CACI International Inc is an American multinational professional services and information technology company that provides services to many branches of the US federal government including defense, homeland security, intelligence, and healthcare. Mr. Thibodeaux worked with CI agents, screeners, and other civilian and military personnel to identify potential risks and develop proper security and procedural practices.
Mr. Thibodeaux excels as an investigator with Bearden Investigative Agency. He is able to quickly and accurately evaluate situations which results in efficient data collection and high level reporting for our agency and its clients. We are proud to have a U.S. Army Veteran on our team!
